Alan Smithee

Alan is what Lentaro describes as "Telluria's equivalent to Dworkin". He's the premier Tellurian researcher into the science of the Broken Pattern.

Daughter of a lesser (but aspiring!) noble house of Amber. Noted for her affection towards Aaron, finely tuned teeth, and breast related sound effects.

Dark Horse Bureau

The Dark Horse Bureau is the unofficial name of those Tellurians in the Special Projects Division who are initiated into the Broken Pattern. I've included their original write-up in a seperate document, because there's a little overlap with some of the personalites described here.

Derth

One of Osric's men. Was captured early on by Gérard and Bleys, and has since been liberated by, of all people, Galen.

Galen

Galen was first seen riding through shadow in a vision of Dalen's. Later, he appeared in her room at the White Rose, and was cart off through shadow using zip-zip-zing in order to bring her before Sh'shali. Current theory is that they are survivors from Ghenesh, which is currently known as Helmwind. Rumored to have a wallet that says "Bad Mutha Fuckah" on it.

The Gourd of Fiona, AKA: The Dark Master

The Dark Master was first discovered in the Land of the Milk Fed Boys. Aaron discovered it there as the natives tried to cheer up the unhappy Pattern Sword. The Dark Master looks like a squash in the shape of Fiona, and speaks dark secrets into Aaron's shattered little mind.

Grotto the Dog

Mythical child of Dworkin's dog and Deirdre, embodying the quintessential "Bad Stuff" character.

Lady Karma of Rein

Osric's happy sidekick, and some sort of initiate into Osric's Bright Pattern. Currently is quite unhappy with Lentaro.

Kelarn

Kelarn is a Lord of House Jesby in Chaos, and a member of the Courts of Chaos' foreign relations division. He is apparently an aquaintence of Lentaro's.

Lore

Lore is the eldest of Flora's children and known to be popular among the "bitchy" in the court of Amber. Lore has figured prominently in at least one of Dalen's visions, as a "pawn" of some sort. He is known to many as a trump artist and sorceror.

Michael

Friend of Dalen's. Seems to be a good source of intelligence regarding Great Houses in Amber, and a frequent victim of being stood up by Dalen.

Niro

A high ranking member of Osric's retinue, being the person that Karma herself answers to. Recently seen trying to mob Lentaro a few times, followed by an attempt on Dalen.

A house guest of Flora's. Aside from being perky and friendly, she's known for having killer hair (literally), and an ability to do sculptures that open up portals to hell.

Raal

An Admiral in Telluria, he is Lentaro's direct supervisor.

Sh'shari

Galen's superior and apparently the head of the survivors of Ghenesh. Currently is housing an army in a shadow that rides on a "wave". Noted to be a remarkable sorceress.
